How It Works
1

The quick bill we generate mentions the number of items and the due date. Price will be mentioned at the time of collection.

2

Sorting

We do our best to check all pockets for hidden surprises. All items are sorted and stains are pre-treated prior to cleaning.

3

Cleaning

We follow the care label (and know what all the symbols mean!) so your clothes receive the optimal cleaning treatment and last for years to come.

4

Pressing

Your clothes are crisply pressed, put on hangers, and placed in your protective garment bag, ready to wear.

Dry Cleaning Pricing and Service Disclaimers

Turnaround Times

Indicative Pricing: Prices are indicative and based on a base price. Additional charges apply for special garment details such as silk, linen, rayon, beading, fur, sequins, etc.

Prices: Prices are subject to change without prior notice, including adjustments due to unforeseen cost increases. 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) applies to all orders.

For further clarification on pricing: please contact our team.

Stain Removal

We cannot guarantee complete stain removal due to the unknown nature of many stains. Some stains may be permanent or require extensive treatment that could damage the fabric.

While we strive to remove stains, there is a trade-off between aggressive stain removal and fabric damage. We can scrub aggressively to remove stubborn stains, but this may spoil the color or texture of the fabric. We do not take this approach to protect your garment, as maintaining the integrity of the fabric is our priority.

Fabric Care and Cleaning Methods

We will determine the appropriate cleaning method based on garment care instructions. Wet cleaning (a dry cleaning alternative) and dry cleaning are both available. You don’t need to worry about the method; we’ll choose the best one for your garment.

Upcharges

Upcharges apply to garments requiring special care or attention, based on material type and the time or extra attention needed for specific treatments.

Some materials, like silk, linen, rayon, beading, and fur, require special treatment that demands extra time, attention, or specialized processes beyond our standard services. You won’t need to worry about figuring out which upcharges apply—we will assess and apply them only if necessary and inform you in advance.

Due to the delicate nature of leather and suede, stain and odor removal is not guaranteed, and we avoid treatments that may affect the garment's texture, color, or finish. Stain treatment is not performed as it requires specialized products and techniques, with no guarantee of success.

Special Note for Mackage Jackets:

Mackage jackets often combine dark fabrics with white or light leather, creating a high risk of dye transfer during cleaning. Even with professional care, color bleeding may occur and can be permanent. Cleaning is done at the customer's risk, and stain or dye protection cannot be guaranteed.
